Our 2-Phase Expression® technology mimics a baby's natural feeding rhythm. Babies initially use short, fast sucks to stimulate the Milk Ejection Reflex, and then transition to a slower, individual rhythm to actually feed. Medela's 2-Phase Expression® technology replicates this natural sucking pattern – first fast to stimulate milk flow, then slower to provide optimal milk flow.

Get a comfortable fit with the PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield. The 105-degree opening angle, soft rim, and oval shape apply less pressure on your milk ducts than traditional breast shields, providing a more effective and comfortable pumping experience. This results in up to 11.8% more milk for your baby – clinically proven. The Swing Maxi comes with breast shields in 21 mm and 24 mm sizes.

You can pump wherever you are, even without access to a power outlet. The built-in rechargeable battery lasts for up to six pumping sessions when fully charged, and the cutting-edge USB type C connector allows for faster charging. Integrated Bluetooth technology enables you to connect with the Medela Family app, allowing you to track pump sessions, monitor virtual milk storage, and more.
